I really do love this board - the ladies are so awesome about chatting with each other until a great fit is found. I like your play for your dc. We did Bigger Hearts last year and loved it. Lucky you - you get to the do the extensions too - mine was too young for that and I always wished we could have. When you get your manual, check out the Math Exploration box for the awesome hands-on activities Carrie wrote for Singapore 2A/2B. They were a blast last year. We have really loved Singapore at our house. We had one year away from it and came running back with open arms, but any math will work with HOD, so I will pray for clarity for you with that. I think it is an awesome idea to start in the summer. Get your feet wet and fill your heart full of confidence and joy because I know you can do this and enjoy it fully. Oh, and HOD guides aren't ever linked to the seasons so that they can be started at any time and done at any pace. I'm so glad you are here and can't wait for your "box day" to come!In Christ,
