Rejoice with me! Ds's conversion

About 2 weeks ago, my ds came to my dh crying. He said he was sad about all the "naughty things" he has done and wanted to be a Christian. He said that he had already prayed for forgiveness and to ask Jesus to save him. He just turned 10. I really believe his profession of faith to be genuine. While I know that only God's work of the Spirit saved him, I truly believe that hsing with HOD was the means the Lord used. I am so grateful that this curriculum gives me authentic opportunities every day to present the gospel to my child.
Thanks, Carrie for this God-blessed curriculum. I wish every hsing mom I know would use this program.

Praising the Lord with you, Laura!! :D I have to agree with you that my absolute favorite thing about being able to homeschool and use HOD every day with my kids is that we are led to the cross and God's Word daily! I need it, and so do they, and I wouldn't trade those opportunities for anything!!

Wonderful, beautiful news! Hopefully the fruit in his life will testify to the sincerity of his conversion. I agree that the things we've done in HOD have really pointed my DD to Jesus in very concrete ways and I am so thankful for that!

Laura that is so wonderful! Praise God! I so agree with you, the Spirit leads but God definitely uses HOD to reach their hearts. So happy for you! :D

Wonderful news! My younger son was led to confess his sins and ask Jesus to be the Lord of his life through some of the devotions in Little Hearts a few years ago. We had always taught about Jesus and had gone to church, but HOD really encourages a closer relationship with the Lord. Praise God that another lamb has been written in the book of life!
