Box Day Excitement!

Post by moedertje » Sat May 07, 2011 10:14 pm

I got my box with all the books for Preparing for my older ds. :D I enjoyed looking at the books and can not wait to read them all. :P :P I think I might have to read through all the Independent history books in the summer and the science books, because they look like great reading material and I don't want to miss any of it. I already purchased the manual last year to use alongside Bigger for dictation. I have been able to look through it and am so excited for my ds for all he is going to learn this coming year.
So blessed that the Lord lead me to HOD :D :D
Thanks to Mike and his wonderful helpers for packing the box so neatly! :D

Yes! I got my CTC this week too and I asked my DH if he thought I could have all these pre-read before we start! LOL!

And yes again! It's packed beautifully! I've had boxes packed from other providers that bent books to fit in the box. GRRRRR!

Kudos to fantastic packing, quick shipping and awesome product!!!

Now spend the day with your kids, not your box!

How fun - I agree it is so exciting to see all the wonderful books our dc are going to get to enjoy! :D I always imagine how different it would be if I was opening a box full of textbooks. I'd probably just shelf them and shudder at the thought of the days to come. :( What a different feel to the year HOD gives! It's almost like opening a treasure chest... those books are worth their weight in gold. I'm so glad you enjoyed your box day! :D

Thank you so much ladies in sharing my excitement! I am so looking forward to starting Preparing. My ds can hardly wait as well. Summer will be slow for us :D

I just had to pop-in late to this thread and share your joy in your Box Day! :D We passed along this thread to our hard-working boys and my hubby in the warehouse, as I knew they would be pleased that you received your items in good condition. Our men strive to honor the Lord with their work each day. :D

Blessings,
Carrie
