Just wanted to post this for anyone who deals with food allergies in their family. We were able to change the Egyptian Honey Cakes recipe from PHFHG Unit 6 to be Gluten Free. I substituted my Rice Flour Mix for the Wheat Flour called for in the Guide. You can see pics and my Rice Flour Mix recipe at my blog. The dough is more wet and harder to roll, but turned out very similar to the wheat versions we did also.
