Common Place Book??

Post by yaya » Wed Aug 11, 2010 9:14 pm

Hello,

What is a Common Place Book? I did a forum search and from what I gathered it looks like it is a composition book or a notebook. Is this correct? Just want to be certain. ;)

TIA,

Sonya,

It is typically a bound composition book used to keep (in a "common place") quotes, excerpts from literature, Scripture verses, poetry, etc. that are worthy of being recorded and reread over time. :D I'd recommend a hard covered book, as it will stand up better over years of use. :D

On a sidenote, I'll move this post over to the Main Board as that is where all new posts begin. :D We're glad to have you here! :D

Blessings,
Carrie
