DITHOR level 2 book pack???

I see that the biography listed in that level is Amelia Earhart. Do you think that a boy would actually like that book or should I choose something different? Does anyone have any suggestions?

My son is 7 and we are reading the last chapter of Amelia Earhart. He LOVED it! It was never an issue that the story was about a girl. And she is so brave and bold and has so many great ideas...especially building a slide from the roof to the ground and then actually sliding on it. My son immediately stopped reading and started planning how he was going to build a slide like hers from our roof!
Great book for boys!

Thanks, it is nice to know that boys will enjoy it as well. I'll probably go with that book for the biography section in DITHOR.

My oldest boys loved it too. She had an interesting childhood and became an amazing pilot. My boys learned so much about her!
