Time allotments for boxes in BHFHG

Time allotments for boxes in BHFHG

There have been some super helpful posts recently listing the estimated times for the boxes in CtC, Preparing and LHFHG? Does anyone know if there's a similar post for BHFHG? I made up a starter schedule for our BHFHG and LHFHG combination, but I'd love to know if my estimates were at all realistic :)
