smiley computer question?

i dont know how to put a cool smiley i saved in my pictures on a message. someone had a cute one that dances so i right clicked it and saved image, but how do i put it in a post? i started this post, clicked on the message part then went to file, open, and opened that image, but how do i get to here?

Try up-loading it to photobucket first (that's where I get all my cool smilies) and then using the Img code to copy and past here.
