Grading for High School in MTMM

I am using MTMM with my 9th grade daughter. How do you assign grades for history, english, etc.? I need a quick, easy system as I have three younger kids who require most of my time, but I would like my daughter's GPA to be an accurate picture of her work. Any help, ideas, suggestions?

Have you looked at the introduction to the WG guide for ideas?

Grading starts on page 13.
Mom to
DD16 (completed LHFHG-WH, parts of US1 and 2)
DS14 WG (completed LHFHG-MtMM plus some of LHTH)
DD13 MtMM (completed Rev2Rev)
DS8 Bigger (completed LHTH-Beyond)
