subscribing to a forum

How do I subscribe to a particular forum? I would like to receive daily digest to my email account.

There is a blue bar all the way down at the bottom of the page. It had a box with a check mark in it and right next to it says "subscribe to forum." If you click on that, you will get an email to your account each day.
