I was wondering how everyone obtains the appendix forms. Do you just copy from your book everytime you need them? I wish there was a cd-rom or an online download to obtain these items. Being the neat freak I am, I want the pages to print out perfectly and also I'm concerned laying the book flat on a printer to print them can eventually lead the the binding falling apart or just the book looking old earlier than necessary. I welcome suggestions.

Appendix Forms
Re: Appendix Forms
I just make lots of copies the beginning of the year using my scanner so I am only putting the book on the scanner a minimum of times. I then store say all the science lab forms in his science notebook so they are ready to go. I have used 4 guides so far and haven't had any issues with the binding falling apart.

Re: Appendix Forms
You could have the binding cut off and store the guides in 3ring binders. You could also get it spiral bound, but make master copies of the appendix forms prior to binding so that the spiral wouldn't show up on the copy.

Re: Appendix Forms
The guides have special lay-flat binding, so I just lay them REALLY flat, pushing down on the copier cover, and make a copy. From one neat freak to another, the next step is just to use a scissors to cut off the faint black line that may appear on the left of the paper, put the cut off paper back in your copier, and WAH-LAH!
Copy 35 or so of them. I usually copy 37, just in case we have a mess-up. HTH!
Oh, and welcome to the board. I like your name!
