Request for Carrie

Post by Motherjoy » Wed May 28, 2008 8:36 am

I first saw HOD last year. We were planning on doing American History and I really liked Beyond. But, I had already purchased another program and money was tight. BIG MISTAKE. I wish I had started Beyond last year with my son.

The more and more I look at HOD, the more I am convinced that it is exactly what our family needs. And not just for this next year, but for the rest of our schooling (until High school, of course). Carrie, you make it seems easy, structured, thorough and fun. I can't wait to start Preparing and LHTH in the fall. I only have one request...

Could you please write a guidebook for housecleaning that would make it easy, structured, thorough, and fun? I would pay a mint for that. ;) Only kidding. You've got your hands full!

Keep up the good work. I'm praying for you as your write, and thankful for God leading us to HOD.

Thanks a lot! My kids are sleeping and I read this and blurted out laughing. If they wake up...you're in trouble!

MotherJoy,

You gave me just the dose of laughter that I needed today!

I'm thinking that most of these ladies on the board would do a better job than me on the housecleaning book. I definitely know my limitations. :D

Blessings,
Carrie
