Hi, I'm new to HOD and am excited to begin with my 2 kids. However, when looking through the LHFHG materials I'd ordered for my youngest (6.5 and will be first grade) I was confused to find Going on Eagerly and Hearing and Helping included for 1st grade use. I'm somewhat familiar with this series from R&S having already used 1 of the books. I don't understand why a preschool curriculum choice is being used in 1st grade? Is there something more age suitable I could sub in for it?
Thank you!
Kendra

Re: LHFHG and Going On Eagerly/Hearing and Helping
I don't know how to copy and paste, but I recently asked this question and Carrie graciously responded to it. Maybe someone can link you to it, and if not, search for LHFHG fine motor choices. HTH!

Re: LHFHG and Going On Eagerly/Hearing and Helping
Thank you for the link to the other discussion! Reading that helped me understand the reasoning behind choosing these books. I will go ahead and try them out when we start school next month.
Thank you both!
