How do you manage it all?

I have an 8 yo daughter that I would be placing in Bigger. I have 2 younger daughters, twins, that will be 4 that I will place in Little Hands. My question is how do you all make it all fit together and make your day flow nicely? I'm sure there are questions on the board like this, but I didn't have time to scroll through them all. :)

Bigger takes about 2.5-3hrs if i remember right. If you look on page 10 (i think!) of the sticky at the top of this page, " Let's share our schedules!", youll see the times per box for all the guides. Amd youll also see several schedules showing how moms work their days with various combos of guides.
Lhth only takes about half an hour. These two guides are VERY doable together!
