I Just Ordered It!

I'm so excited! I just ordered LHFHG! I'm wanting to wait until DD is closer to 5 to start (so say, in August), but we may have to start earlier. It looks great! We tried the 1st week of both LHFHG and LHTH at home just for fun to see what we wanted to do, and DD just loved them both. She called them "activities." She's already asked when the activity book is going to get here so she can do her activities all the time!

Yeah, Mommamo! I'm so happy for you.

I agree, it is a real temptation to start earlier than you plan when the books are sitting on your shelf! I've really had to use some self-control (and hubby's!) to keep from chucking ds's curriculum(not HOD) and diving right into Bigger... mid-year!

But now we only have a few weeks 'til we can start. I'm celebrating with you; let us know how your box day goes!

I was so thrilled with Little Hearts I started with my 5 yo the day after it arrived--we're in our 3rd week now--still loving it!

Okay, so the box came yesterday (we just ordered it Friday, that was fast!) but since we're on a rural route they just dropped the slip off and we have to go pick it up at the post office today. Silly rural route!

So we're about to run to the store and then I'm planning to be at the post office right after it opens-at 10:00.

I can't wait!!! DD has already said she wants to start Kindergarten early. We'll see.... Maybe we'll do it slowly and do one page a day for right now. My sister's wedding is Friday and we're all in it so the absolute earliest we'll start is next week. Okay, getting off the computer so we can leave and go get my box!
