Science for Geography guide

Post by deltagal » Mon May 07, 2012 3:28 pm

Hello,

I need to make some decisions on science for the fall for my rising 8th grader who I anticipate will be using the Geography guide as a Freshman. Has Carrie indicated at this point what the science focus for that guide will be? I want to make sure we don't do the same science focus 2 years back to back.

I am computer challenged so I can't figure out how to post previous threads but...In post "beefing up for high school sticky" it states the geography guide for high school will have Biology with lab emphasis.

Hi -

Yes, I think you are correct. Here's the link where biology with labwork is mentioned:

Of course, the thread is a couple of years old, so plans may have changed. I think Carrie did Biology with her oldest as a sophomore.
