R&S english levels

I'm trying to figure out where we are in English. Am I right in saying that Bigger began with R&S English 2, Preparing was English 3, CTC is half 4? I know there's other level schedules, but this was the initial schedule, correct? Or am I off somewhere?

I'm certain Bigger and Preparing are correct as you have them listed, but I'm not sure about CTC and level 4.

In CTC you have the choice of either level 4 or level 5. Whichever one you choose you do half the book in CTC and half in RTR.

Preparing has options for level 3 or 4, CTC 4 or 5 first half only, RTR second.half of 4 or 5, rev to rev 5 or 6 first half, and so on.

What I remember is that it will be:
Bigger 2
Preparing 3
CTC 1st half 4
RTR 2nd half 4
Rev2Rev 5
MTMM 6

And if you jump into HOD in the middle, some of those guides also have the next level up scheduled as well.
