So it's time for us to start our humor genre and I had originally decided on A House at Pooh Corner because I already owned it. Buuuuuut, honestly I read the first couple of pages and I just don't think my DS would tolerate it nor could I read comfortably through it.
So, I looked in the back of the TM and saw that The Adventures of Happy Jack was a suggestion for this genre and boy! did I get on Amazon lickity-split and order it. I know DS is going to be thrilled! He LOVES listening to DD's storytime in LHFHG (this is his second time to hear the stories
) So, to have another Thorton Burgess going at the same time will just be a pure pleasure in our home.
