Our son w/DS is loving LHTH!!!

We just finished our first unit of LHTH and wanted to share that it is going so well! Our little guy, Matty, who is blessed w/Down syndrome is *really* enjoying it! His favorite part was singing "A A Adam" (which I knew it would be). I think this program is going to be absolutely wonderful for his language development, fine motor skill development, and so much more. I'm going to share this with the other moms in our county's Down syndrome support group so that others may benefit from LHTH.

Also, our first grader is asking, "when are we doing Matty's and Anna's preschool?" He loves it too and has done it along with them each day. I can't wait to get Bigger Hearts for him next year!

Yeah! I absolutely love how LHTH takes our kiddos through the Bible. Not only do they learn academic preschool skills but, more importantly, God's Word is being planted in their hearts! Thank you for sharing about your successful first week!

I always think how sweet it must be not only to our ears as loving mamas of our dc, but also to our heavenly Father's, as He must surely love to hear your dc saying their "A-A-Adam's" with joy and gusto! I am so pleased your son is enjoying this so much. My son, who is verbally dyspraxic, started LHFHG properly last week, and these two weeks he has thoroughly enjoyed and he is learning so much. He is doing things that I have never been able to implement while making sure his sisters were learning too. So I share your joy in finding a wonderful program that is just right for our boys.
