Fun learning about clouds in Beyond

My dd7 had fun making the whipped cream clouds a couple weeks ago in Beyond. As usual when we do food related activites, my ds4 joined us and of course had fun also. The neat part for me, though, was today when my ds ran in from outside saying "mama, mama, the clouds, look at the clouds...they're the blanket ones like we made for (sisters) school! :D

Thank-you HOD for the hands-on learning activities that are so fun and effective (even for younger siblings who 'tag-along')!

How cute - isn't it great how HOD learning carries right on over into daily life? That is a favorite facet of HOD of mine. The learning just keeps on going, long after official school time is over. I'm glad your little honey enjoyed the clouds' activity, and carried his learning right on out the door into God's creation! :D

Reminds me again of how much we loved Beyond and how excited I am to use it again with my dd next year!

I remember that activity well. My ds 4 joined us too (he specialized in eating the clouds) and we all had fun.
