A big thank you to Carrie

Post by Kirsten » Wed Dec 07, 2011 11:10 am

This is my 2nd year with HOD. We did Bigger last year and are on Preparing this year with my kids, 2 years apart. I am so thankful to Carrie for all the hard work that went into writing this curriculum. Just today, as the kids were doing their scheduled quiet time I was praying for them, and it dawned on me that I need to thank God for Carrie, and to lift her up in prayer as she continues to write curriculum. I am so blessed to have been led to HOD by God alone (a TOS ad in their magazine). My kids are learnning so much about God in history, and the scheduled quiet time is so good for them. I pray that they will develop that habit young, unlike me, as I am still struggling with keeping that habit myself.
I pray for each of the HOD users as well, that God will give you the strength you need to homeschool - we all need it somedays! I pray for a blessed Christmas season for everyone.

Kirsten,

Bless your heart from the bottom of mine! There is nothing greater that I desire than for any efforts on my part or my family's part to be bathed in prayer, so we can work to glorify our Father in heaven. :D I am ever humbled by those of you who choose to uplift our family in prayer. We are so grateful! :D

Blessings,
Carrie
