Would you all pray for me? Major health issues

I started the new medicines mentioned in the post and it's a rather big adjustment today as I'm more sensitive to position changes, movement, headache on and off from blood pressure changes, chest pains, etc.

Basic details are that my previously diagnosed heart condition has resurfaced but it's not the same diagnosis and it seems it was perhaps wrong before...I am suspected of having a form of Dysautonomia (a autonomic nervous system disorder) called POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome which means bending or standing especially messes me up as my body can't regulate blood flow/pressure and heart rate like it should with postural changes) and they think it's caused by either Elhers Danlos, Thyroid problems, or Lupus. I had a borderline lupus result several years ago. I also have borderline high lung pressure and am being tested for a clot as well. I have bloodwork coming up Monday, tilt table test the 13th, and other tests being scheduled. I'm only 31 and I feel like I'm a tired old lady.

I appreciate you all so much. I'm heading to my general doctor in the AM and praying he will run all the tests he can at once since they are drawing blood anyway. Will be talking to him about any and all possible causes of POTS that may fit my condition. My medicines seem to be helping some but the higher dose does make me very, very drowsy and I take it at 8am.
