CTC Prophecy Fulfillment chart Unit 6

We are on Unit 6 of CTC and enjoying it very much. My son had a question today on the prophecy chart and I wasn't able to help him so I told him I would ask on here. He thought it was a good idea and doesn't let me forget about it. The prophecy is in Exodus 3:13-15 and the fulfillment is in John 13:19.

I would say the connection is that the I AM in Exodus is the same as the "I am He" in John. Jesus was proclaiming in John that He is the "I AM", that He is God. Also, as Moses was sent to free God's people from slavery, Jesus came to redeem His people from the slavery of sin.

Thanks a lot. I was thinking along those lines, but I wasn't sure. Actually, I completely missed the connection between God setting the people of Israel free and between Jesus setting us free from our sins until I read the "key idea".
