But it's not listed (as far as I can tell) in the Preparing package???
Can you tell me what this is???
Also, at some point in the future would you ever consider providing the Book list for DITHOR is a email format? Without the shipping fees? I really want the list, but already have the teachers manual and workbook, and after shipping the list is almost $10.

We had intended to have a set of student pages for PHFHG originally, but then decided on a different format and put it all in the guide instead (to be more economical for the customer). We removed the student pages from the site, but not from the store, so I'll let my husband know to adjust that.
Also, we are hoping to eventually offer the optional booklist on our website as a download, but we just had an entire server change-over a couple of months ago and now an update to a whole new version of software to power the board (which went very smoothly, thanks to Tom), so we've had our hands full!
Our new catalog is set to come out soon, and since it's coming out at about 53 pages, it's been a larger project than anticipated, so anything not necessary is going on the back burner until after the new catalog is done and also until the new book is released August 1st!
We've just gotten the catalog request added to the site and the new sample layout for "Preparing..." added but our web designer only has so much time as do we! It may be awhile before we get everything in place to have a locked download for the list.
