Just thought I would reintroduce myself as I havent been here in well over a year (or longer?)!

Anyways, my name is Amber and I used CTC with my then 5th grader (now going into 7th!) during the 2009/2010 school year, but decided to go another route with him last year for several reasons. None of them being that HOD wasnt a good curricula..just not a good fit for that particular child at that particular time :wink:

Anyways, so here I am, a prodigal HODie :lol: I now have a 1st grader who I have been eagerly waiting to do LHFHG with(but knew she wasnt ready for it last year in K), as well as a soon to be 4 yr old (in Oct) and an almost 20 month old (who was diagnosed with JRA several months ago). I am excited about our new school year and coming back to HOD so I thought I would say HI :mrgreen:

Welcome back! We love our journey with HOD. This will be my first year to repeat a guide--I will be doing Preparing with my second dd. I had the books out and got super excited to dive in. We will be starting school in just under two weeks, I am looking forward the routine of things.

Momma to my 4 sweeties:
DD 14 - MTMM and DITHOR (completed LHFHG, Beyond, Bigger, Preparing, CTC, took a couple years off, and now she's back!)
DS 11 and DD 9 - Preparing(completed 2 rounds of LHTH, LHFHG, Beyond, and Bigger)
DD 6 - LHFHG

Thanks everyone! Looking through LHfHG right now trying to get a listof supplies together. Does anyone have a link for this (i totally know its easy to just open and go, but just thought I would ask ;) :mrgreen:
