I absolutely love the idea of a school store!! thanks!!!

As for the original topic, I found my now-13-year-old the same as Julie described; he really hated the hovering I tend to do. He just wants to get things done! He;s like that with everything, not just school, though. We actually have to work on him doing things completely and not just haphazardly!
