Packaging Question

So I'm trying to come up with a final number on how much things are going to cost. I'm looking at the bigger hearts page and down at the Drawn into the heart of reading block it has Level 3 book pack for a certain price. What is in the level 3 book pack. I'm guessing it's different from the deluxe package but I'm confused at to what it refers too. Can someone please shed some light on this for me.
