For those interested in kids learning typing

Post by joyfulheart » Thu Apr 10, 2008 3:38 pm

public school here has kids spending 15-30 minutes a week on typing lessons from Kindergarten through 5th grade. I found a awesome FREE site that does it, if ya'll are interested, I thought I'd share with you.

it does have some talking singing animals though, so if you want to monitor that first before showing it to kids.

Hope this isn't too off topic!

I just wanted to add that I had my son spend some time with this on Friday. It was so funny when he missed a letter, and it would light up and we'd here a voice say, "Type on me." Too cute; I loved it. He laughed too, and did well. I think we'll add this for both my son and daughter. Thanks, again, for sharing!
