I meant newly INDEPENDENT readers LOL. not emerging.... ga! The website calls that section when ordering....SELF-STUDY DELUXE HISTORY PACKAGE: FOR THE NEWLY INDEPENDENT READER......vs.......SELF-STUDY EXTENSION PACKAGE FOR OLDER STUDENTS so I guess thats where I was confused that you would choose one or the other. DD is not newly independent and she is headed into 5th grade so I choose the extension package but from what I have read here she would miss out on a lot [experience wise] by not doing the deluxe independent readers. So I am going to order the deluxe and then just have her read the extension package as free reading since they will go with everything else.3sweeties wrote:That sounds like a good plan to me, Karen! Hope you didn't get too confused.
Also, wondering what you are referring to by "emerging independent readers"? Is that the Deluxe package? Just making sure I'm not confused about what you mean!
