As I sat down to prepare our first week of lessons, the page numbers for Morning Bells that are listed in the teacher's guide don't match up with the Morning Bells book I have. Any one else had this problem before?

Welcome to the board! We're glad you're here. I'll just move your post over to the Main Board where more moms will see it. All new posts begin on the Main Board. 
In answer to your question, the current guide and the current Morning Bells that we carry at HOD on our website do match one another page number wise. Both have gone into updates, so if you have an older copy of either, the page numbers may be off.

Yes, I have run into this. I have a copy of Morning Bells and Little Pillows together so my pages are never the same. It has been difficult to match up the correct lesson along the way. I have managed to do it most of the time, but reading the key idea and matching up the lesson from this. If I had it all to do over again, I would get the correct version of Morning Bells and Little Pillows. It would have made my life easier and they are really inexpensive books.
