Which lessons are omitted from the Medieval History-Based Lessons in RTR? Or if it is easier, which ones are covered?

Hi tollhousemom.

It looks like lessons 14, 15, and 21 are skipped. From what I can tell the rest are scheduled, but I'm not 100% sure.
