New Book Substitution Policy & Shipping Info

Hi ladies,
Carrie mentioned the new book substitution policy and shipping options (including a free shipping option) in a previous post. Can someone point me in the right direction to find this information on the website or explain the new policies? My tech skills are lacking today and I'm just not finding it!

I'm not sure where it is on the site, but I did see it in the new catalog that came this week!

Sorry about that! I was just thinking if you had the catalog you could see the new policy. Have you seen it on the site already, or do you need to know what it says? I can try to sum it up here if you would like!

The following packages are allowed one title substitution per package:
DITHOR (Book Packs), LHTH, LHFHG (Economy), Beyond (Economy and Deluxe), Bigger (Economy, Science, Deluxe, and Extension), Preparing (Economy, Science, Basic, Deluxe, and Extension), CTC/RTR/Rev.2Rev (Science, Basic, and Extension)

The following is allowed TWO substitutions per package:
CTC (Economy)

The following are allowed THREE substitutions per package:
RTR/Rev.2Rev. (Economy)

SHIPPING CHANGES:
$300.-399. was $29.95, now $10.00
$400. and up FREE SHIPPING!!

I was curious about this too. What books are you allowed to substitute for? Anything else in the HOD catalog or is it limited to certain guides/packages? Thanks for posting that info.

It says a "one-for-one substitution with any book that we offer of equal or lesser value to the book(s) you already own".

I appreciate you taking time to sum it up. I already own several books in the next package that I'll be ordering (RTR) so this will be helpful for me.

Thanks Heather for that summary. I can hardly wait to get my copy too. I guess we just have to be patient. Being farther away from South Dakota means our guides will take longer to get here. I really feel like it will come today though. I'm going to be watching for the mail!
