New here

Post by elizawill » Sun Mar 13, 2011 5:46 pm

Hi,

I'm Amy. I'm new here. I have recently purchased Bigger to begin next year with my children. They'll be in 4th & 2nd grades then. My daughter will be 10 in Oct, so I purchased the extension pack for her as well. I'm very excited to get started & have really been enjoying thumbing through all of the books & TM. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself, as I'm sure I'll be posting a lot in the fall. In the meantime, I am really enjoying lurking!!! :D

Welcome to HOD Amy,

You are in for a year full of blessings with Bigger. :D :D We are nearing the end of the guide, my ds was on the younger end so we started in Jan 2010 and are due to finish in May.
Here is a link that would have been great if I had seen it before I started Bigger. Very helpful on how to get things organized and going.

Welcome, Amy. Like you, I'm beginning Bigger next year, with my 3 kids. This will be my first year of homeschooling. I'm excited and would like to pull them out of public school and start tomorrow!

:D Welcome Amy's :D

You're both going to love Bigger. We jumped into HOD there, too. We had such a wonderful year, that I was sure it would be my all-time favorite HOD guide. But, I haven't found one that's not my favorite yet. Enjoy your preparation! And, please lurk & learn away from these wonderful ladies. I have learned a TON from them.

Amy, wishing you a warm welcome to the HOD family! :D

Glad to have you here! There is so much to learn and see here on the message boards. We'll be doing CTC next year with my oldest and my next two children will move on to Bigger Hearts (with extensions), and we'll be adding a kindergartener in LHFHG. I look forward to hearing how your year goes, as we'll be doing the same guide, too!

Again, welcome and blessings on your year to come!
