RevToRev Question
Ladies,
I'm a little slow
. . . Is RevToRev the 3rd Guide in the History cycle OR is it the Geography guide mentioned in the current HOD catalog? Perhaps the order of guides has changed since the catalog was printed or I am a little confused
. Thanks for clearing it up for me!
I'm a little slow

Re: RevToRev Question
I'm pretty for sure that it is the 3rd guide in the History cycle and will be followed next year with the 4th and final guide in the History cycle. I think the Geography guide will follow the following year (2013). That's at least the way I understand the plan.

Re: RevToRev Question
Is Carrie then going to follow a 4-year cycle as many other publishers seem to? CtC, RtR, RevtoRev, and whatever is after that? (Sorry if I'm stating the obvious)

Yes, I believe so. Here is a link to the scope and sequence chart of the main website: http://www.heartofdakota.com/scope.php Here you can see all of the current programs with their scope and sequence and then the additional 3 to be released this year through 2013. RevtoRev would be the first one listed under the to be released section covering The Age of Exploration and Invention. You can see the next one, next year's, will cover Modern times. That will complete the 4 year history cycle. Then the final guide scheduled will be a geography guide. HTH!Is Carrie then going to follow a 4-year cycle as many other publishers seem to? Re: RevToRev Question
Katrina,
Yes, you're right! The ladies are doing a great job of answering you, so I'll just pop-in to agree that Revival to Revolution is the guide that comes after Resurrection to Reformation.
We will adjust the catalog and the website around March of this year to reflect this.
The time period for this guide will change some from what is currently listed on our website and in our catalog, as our Resurrection to Reformation guide went further forward in history (due to our use of Mystery of History III that went further forward in history) then we had originally planned to go. So, the time period for Revival to Revolution guide will actually be 1740's or so to 1900. The Modern Times guide, which will come after Revival to Revolution, will then go from 1900 to modern times. The Geography guide will come after the Modern times guide.
Hope that helps!
Blessings,
Carrie
