? for CTC users...
I am curious which comprehensive history encyclopedias you have used for the research portion of CTC as well as types of Bible encylopedia or dictionaries used. We can do some of this at our library but if there is something we could purchase that might make it easier. I'm interested in book and/or online options. Thanks!

Re: ? for CTC users...
We purchased the Usborne Ancient World encyclopedia mentioned elsewhere on this forum for our history research, but ended up not using it much for that. (It does make a great visual supplement to the history readings though.) We use Wikipedia for the research. It is easy to use, always contains the specific information needed to answer the questions, and provides some regularly scheduled computer time during the school week.
One thing I did end up buying for CTC was a student's thesaurus for use with Write With the Best.
