DITHOR in Bigger

It just hit me and I was watching the shipment information tracking thing for my DITHOR :) that I need to find this out! DO I need the bigger guide for doing DITHOR? or is the schedule in the DITHOR book?

The schedule is in the DITHOR manual :)
