Blog Button?

I've tried two different blog buttons on my blog and both of them are too big to where they all don't show up right. Is anyone else having this problem? Wondering if I'm doing something wrong (although I'm pretty sure I'm not as I have other buttons on there with no problem. Thansk for any help.

Yes, the buttons are a bit too big for my side bar but you can see most of it (the important part).

That did help!!! I had to change the height and the width (I set it to 200 on each )to get it to fit and look nice. I know I'm a little bit obsessive, but wanted it to look professional for HOD's sake. Thanks for the past thread. :D
