This is for my youngest daughter. She's 8 years old and she has autism, so we're still working on learning how to read and I ordered the 1st grade set.
I'm using this for my Kindergartener and First Grader this year. I like being able to use the same curriculum guide for both of them.
They like the silly songs and poems.
My first grader was not ready for the first grade math, so I pulled out the 2nd volume of the kindergarten math, and she's working through that. I was glad I had it on hand the day I realized the first grade math was not going to work yet!

We are! My second DS is doing it for K this year. We are starting out at half-speed. Had our first day today and it went really, really well!

We homeschool four days a week. The kids have Bible study classes they attend one weekday.
We're doing Heart of Dakota three days a week, and Winter Promise science one day.
So far--only two weeks in--it's working very well this way.
