Supplies for LHFHG

Post by Marcee » Wed Sep 01, 2010 7:43 pm

Sorry if this has been posted. I searched, but came up empty. For Bigger I have, 3 notebooks, 1 binder w/sheet protectors, index cards with box and tabs. 4x6 index cards with 4x6 photo album for bible verses.

Do I need the same for LHFHG?

We just did LHFHG last year and the only supplies I remember needing are basic art supplies and paper. HTH! :)

We did LHFHG last year and used plain paper, construction paper, art supplies (paints, markers, colored pencils, crayons), lead pencils and lots of objects around the house for various history & science activities. If you don't have something you can usually substitute something else easily. :D

Only having done 3 weeks of it so far, and not being enough of a planner that I've read ahead all the stuff we WILL be doing - what I find myself using a lot of:
White paper
Crayons/Markers
Glue sticks
School glue
Construction paper

So many of the activities are just done with things you find around the house (aluminum foil, coins, paper clips), which is so nice!
