In regards to having everything in binders, how do you store the previous years work? Do you keep them in binders and place them in storage...or do you empty the binders?
So far with the binders we've had, we've got 2 years of work in our science and history binders. They are now full. I've never had to worry about storage before - lol.
This year it's onto CTC. New binders were my plan. I can't imagine taking everything out.
I did wonder about taking the pages out and having the copy center make them into a spiral book for us, but not sure I want to risk that.
Just curious what others do.

Re: How do you store last years work?
This is our first year w/HOD, but we've used binders all 6 years. Some years, I just stored the binder itself. But more recently(as I needed to save $$ and couldn't afford 4 new binders each year that were still in good condtion), I pulled out what we wanted to save(discarding math & spelling tests, worksheets, etc) and put them in report folders, one for each child. It saved a lot of space compared to the binders but we were still able to keep all our special work and projects from the year.
