An impatient question about RTR shipping.... :)

I know RTR will ship soon, but will we know it first on the message board? an announcement on the homepage? or by an email to us?

In another thread Carrie said that the estimated shipping date is August 18.

Thanks Motherjoy! I appreciate you finding that for me. I knew mid-August was the estimate. And I truly don't mind waiting for the guide, it just gives us a little longer to get our skill subjects going and some other routines in place which is all good. I was just kind of wondering by what method we would know. Really unimportant in the end.

We'll definitely try to let our HOD Board ladies be the first to know when it ships. I'm getting excited about that too!

I've been MIA on the message board all summer and we're getting ready to start back up again. I kept thinking that I usually have the new guide in hand by this time in August. so I was wondering if they have been shipped out yet. I'm so excited to see the new guide and student pages! I'll be watching for the announcement on the board!

Today's the day! Today's the day! The RTR guides are hot off the press, and the printing company is to bring them to the HOD warehouse today, and then we'll ship them out. HOORAY! HOORAY! HOORAY!!! You ladies are the very first to know, as our special moms that are near and dear to our hearts. Thanks for your excitement - I'm feelin' it too.

Woo-Hoo!!!!!! I have the email to prove it too - yippee!

I had originally ordered two student books thinking my 8.5 yr old would tag along, but after Julie's great advice and reading other threads I realized that was not going to work. I called and talked to Mike yesterday about cancelling my 2nd student book and ordering Bigger instead. He was so helpful! So, now I'm expecting my RTR guide, student book, and some of Bigger as well.

Can I say YIPPEE! again? Thanks to all the Austins and to Julie's family too for all their hard work and customer service that goes beyond "customer" to "brother/sister in Christ" service!

Here's a big PRAISE THE LORD from all of us at HOD as the RTR guide and the Student Notebooks shipped yesterday!! Our shipping team was ready as soon as the semi-truck pulled in, and they went into overdrive to get RTR and the notebooks out ASAP! So, for all of you waiting so patiently for these items, they are winging their way to you now!! We pray that the Lord may be glorified in your homes through RTR this year and that you will have a wonderful year!

I've missed you all so much as we've worked overtime to make sure all was right and well-written within the newest guide and notebooks. I must say the notebooks are breath-taking and hope you will love them as well! I look forward to having them in your hands soon!

Just putting in a request for all you ladies using RTR to be sure and post about it on the Week in Review board. I plan on using it next year and I can't wait to see what it's like.
