I just placed my order... but now I'm a little sad!

because it'll be a whole year before I get to order again! I've spent the last couple of months poring over the catalog, filling my cart online, dreaming about ordering.... and now I've hit submit, and that anticipation is gone! It's a good thing we have box day to look forward to! :)

Just think of all those fun filled days ahead of you with HOD! :D They say "time flies when you're having fun", so I guess it'll be time to order again for next year before you know it!

Blessings as you get your new books and begin your school year! :D

I know what you mean! We've ordered and started already and I STILL look at my catalog!
But "Box Day" is coming soon and hopefully you'll post how exciting that is for you!

Rachel,

Your post gave me a smile tonight! :D It's so true that we love to shop as much as we love to actually have the items in hand! :D Here's wishing you a joy-filled Box Day full of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming year. :D

Blessings,
Carrie

It is such fun to shop on HOD's site for books! I love looking at the beautiful covers and reading the descriptions as I fine tune what fits each child's year best. Box day is pretty fun too though, so be sure to share that with us! :D Actually teaching it is my favorite. You'll have fun with that too - so no need to be sad - just set your sights on the next happy thing headed your way - say to yourself box day, box day, box day... :D

lol, you ladies made me laugh! You're right, there really is nothing sad about HOD, it's all wonderful: from poring over the catalog, to ordering, to getting our box, to teaching out of the wonderful guides, it's all good and a tremendous blessing to our family!
