planning for RTR with my girls this fall. Do each of them need a student book for History Based Writing lessons or would sharing be an option? thanks

I will be doing RTR this fall as well! :D Doesn't it look amazing? As far as the medieval writing student book, each student needs his/her own copy. They write within the student book for their lessons. It will be fun to share our year together here. When are you starting RTR? We figure we'll get our things around mid to late August, and start in early September. :D

It is allowable from the publisher, IEW, to make copies within a family if you wish. That is the route I am going to try to go since i will be using it six times. It does look much more convenient for each student to have a copy. :D It is spiral bound and there are quite a few pages that will need to be copied. Sometimes you could have them do it on another piece of paper but sometimes they are actually altering text. I only have one using it this year so I plan on seeing how it goes. It does look like it will be a little tricky to have more than one student using the same student text though.

Oh thanks, water2wine! I didn't realize that  and don't have the book in hand yet! I'm so glad you shared this, and I'll file it away in my memory bank now. :D

P.S. Hope you are doing well Brenda - I think of you each day as I use my Bible, and pray for you too. :D
