...Carrie and Julie today at the GHEA conference in Atlanta! Let me tell you, ladies -- they are just as sweet and helpful in person! The HOD booth was very busy both times I came by -- YAY! I have to say that meeting and talking with them made me even more excited to be a part of HOD and support the mission God has for this company. I also had no desire to "check out" any other curriculum or doubts about using HOD for next year as I walked around the convention hall -- HOD is so perfect for us! Thanks for all your hard work, Carrie and Julie!

I got to meet them in Cincy and they are truly sweet women. They were busy in Cincy as well and I too didn't look at anything else when it concerned curriculum.

I also met them in Cincy! I had actually decided to do another curriculum next year but I was just really drawn to the HOD booth. We had done LHTH and I didn't know where to go next and the were so helpful and kind. I couldn't stay away, I kept coming back again and again.

I totally agree! They are such wonderful ladies. Very beautiful also! I loved the booth. It was decorated so cute and inviting. The photobooks were really amazing. Now I have a big red Heart of Dakota bag!!!!! Do you have bag envy yet? Although I did spend lots of money elsewhere too I was picking out extra readers for my oldest . I love that I haven't wasted money like many people I know on other curriculums. We have used Heart of Dakota from the begining. I've looked around and nothing can match up to it.

Thanks so much ladies! Carrie and I enjoyed meeting all of you wonderful HOD ladies too. I have to say we have the most wonderful people using HOD. One thing I really love about HOD ladies - we may all be different from one another in various ways, but I think we could all still be friends. It's just a common goal we have to homeschool our dc in a Godly way, and it's neat to feel that camaraderie with others. In fact, it can really just about bring me to tears to meet all of you at times. Book conventions are an incredibly busy season for us, but when we are back home homeschooling, and Carrie is writing as we brainstorm ideas, set goals, and dream about the next guides - it is your lovely faces we are thinking of, and your busy lives with your heartfelt thoughts that keep things real for us. Carrie is writing with you in mind. We are praying with you in mind. We are thankful for each and every one of you and think of you more often than you could know.

Ladies,

We are so blessed when we get a chance to meet the sweet ladies from this board in person! We often feel like we're long-time friends with one another (even though we've never met many of you in person). It can take a lifetime to meet even one person who is walking a similar path, yet here on the board we gather daily with moms walking a similar path with us. It is a unique experience and one that we thank the Lord for daily.

Thank you for remembering us in prayer and for uplifting and encouraging us. We feel your prayers as we're in our busy season now!
