Box Day

Wow! I expected it to arrive soon because of posts I've read on the board... but this is REALLY fast. I'm so excited. I perused the TM as soon as it arrived and at first glance, it looks fantastic. I am so thrilled that this truly looks "pick up and go" and when it says "common household items" they are indeed "common". The fingerplays/signs for the letters and all the tactile/kinesthetic activities are right up my little boys' alley. He is in for a real treat. Thanks for everyone's help. I'm so excited to begin Little Hands this coming Monday... and to plan for Bigger for my older boys for next year.

Melissa,

I don't think I have had a chance to say hello yet, welcome!

I am using Little Hands with my daughter age 4 and having a ball. I know what you mean by it truly being "pick up and go"! And the beauty of it is, that in addition to it's simplicity as far as implementing, it is very effective. I am so pleased at how much my daughter has learned and retained, and she has fun doing it.

you will LOVE it!! We've used it for several years with various boys in my house and we've enjoyed it each and every time!!
