OT: Devotionals for personal bible time (child)

Hello,

My son likes to read his own devotional book for part of his personal bible time in the morning.

I need suggestions.

We are saving Boyhood and Beyond for when we get to R 2 R.

We have used the Hero Tales series.

He has also used two of the Hymns for A Kid's Heart volumes (not the ones used in Bigger).

Please share. I am in need!

We have used Glow Jr. It is a devotional that covers two months at a time. You can get it as a one time order or you can have it sent on a regular basis. You can see it on glowpublications.com. It is very good. My one daughter used the Glow-in the-Dark for teens while she was in that age category.

Another good one is Keys For Kids. That is done on a bimonthly basis as well. The website for that is KeysforKids.org.
These are both good for personal use. Hope that helps.

We haven't used the Keys for Kids yet ,but we may in future. My son is 6 and even liked it the couple times we did it on-line. I think it might be a little better suited for him in a few year, if he wanted to do it on his own, rather than have some help from me. i liked everything I saw at their website.

My older son really enjoyed the Building on the Rock series of books from Christian Focus when he was that age.
