could use some prayer

My husband lost his job today.

His company was sold and they don't need him so they let him go this afternoon. He is taking this really hard as you can probably imagine. He has been laid off 3 times now in the past 5 years. Men get so much of their self-esteem from their work and how they provide and needless to say he is not feeling good about himself right now. Beyond the scariness of no income and a fourth baby on the way, my heart is just breaking for him right now.

I am really coveting all the prayers that we can get. Thank you.

Praying for your DH and family right now! We are also expecting our fourth in August and I know how stressed my DH has been about work-related stuff since we found out, so I can somewhat understand how you are feeling right now. (((HUGS)))

Kelly,

We have been in that same frightening situation before, my husband was unexpectedly let go when our 3rd was a brand new baby. The two of you continue to lean on the Lord during these hard times. I'm praying right now.

Matthew 6:25-34 always reassured me of how deep our Father's love is for us. He is a faithful provider. Maybe it will give you some comfort too.

Love my 3 teenagers--13, 15, and 16. They keep me young, but hanging on for dear life! :lol:
