A curiosity not a critical question....
But on the emerging list Tornado a level 3.1 book is scheduled before Animal Adventures a 2.8 level. Any reason why?

One thing we've found to be true is that kiddos are as much affected by how difficult a book "appears" to be, as they are affected by how hard the book actually "is".
Since Tornado and Animal Adventures have a very similar reading level (but Tornado appears much easier due to its large font size, shorter chapters, and the fact that it is a thinner book), we scheduled Tornado first!
