Trireme project

Post by LynnH » Tue Dec 08, 2009 12:06 pm

I am a very visual person. Does anyone have a picture of the Trireme project in Unit 15. We made the first day of ours, but I am just not sure it is right.

Thanks Julie! That helps a lot. Noah's looks pretty similiar so I think we are on the right track. Today we put it in water so we will see how it goes.

This came at just the right time! We just got finished with our day 1 attempt about 15 min. ago! :) I'm glad to see how they are supposed to look. Ours looks like a tin foil bag! :?

We'll fix it more later, I guess. Thanks for the pics!

God bless, Michelle :)

Ours sunk...a little gap in the foil on one end, and a piece of clay that was too big. Grant still had a blast with it! :D (And he did a retry later on his own that did float.

My 8 year old daughter loved making and "sailing" the trireme! Fun for us. :D
