I'm so glad you have found a way to make your day fit your goal of finishing earlier better. Amanda brings up a good point that we are all certainly different in whether we prefer to be a night person or a morning person - just another delightful way God made us each unique. Sometimes it works best to tailor your day around which kind of person you are, and sometimes it works best to work to make yourself be a bit more of the other. I'm a morning person, so we start our day early (though we start it earlier than I'd like)

. Carrie is a night person, so she starts her day later, and ends it later. That works well for her. When Carrie and I work together, sometimes she overcomes her night owl tendencies to work with me in the morning, and sometimes I overcome my early riser tendencies to work with her late at night - that all works too - though one of us always seems to be more with it than the other depending on the time of day or night.

Congrats to the two of you for finding what works best for your families with all things considered!
